AI voice and chat assistant

Our home page offers an AI assistant you can talk to or chat with. Nothing is processed until you start a conversation yourself. In voice mode your microphone is only used during the call; your speech and the assistant's replies are processed as audio and transcribed. In chat mode we process the messages you type. The assistant is provided by bitpull.ai, which processes the conversation on our behalf and stores transcripts to operate the service. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the conversation.

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent for analytics cookies.
• Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — answering your questions when you start a conversation with the AI assistant.

Retention

Server logs are generally retained for up to 30 days unless a security incident requires longer storage. Cookie retention periods depend on their category and purpose.

You have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
